Our Founder and Managing Director, Will Evans, brings a unique blend of experience and exposure to the commodity space that allows him to speak the language of his clients, understand the challenges and opportunities they face and offer strategic advice and solutions. Spending several years with a market leading executive search firm where he led their metals and mining, agriculture and Latin America business, Will successfully placed roles throughout the Americas in Senior Management, Trading, Logistics and Finance.  

More recently Will spent 3 years as Global Head of HR for Tricon Energy, one of the fastest growing global trading companies in the energy and commodities space. The experience allowed Will to gain a far deeper understanding of the dynamics and inner workings of the trading business. In addition to hiring a new senior management team and helping to build a more sophisticated middle and back office presence, Will identified potential new products and attracted best in class talent to take the business into new markets.
